Yerba Diet combines a variety of herbal ingredients that maximize your body's ability to absorb food and increase energy expenditure. This allows you to lose weight naturally, without starving diet programs or excessive workouts.

Ingredients:

Guarana is an evergreen vind indigenous to the Amazon basin. Guarana has been used in connection with athletic performance, fatigue, weight loss and obesity. The indigenous people of the Amazon used Guarana to decrease fatigue as well as to reduce hunger. It is also know to stimulate the central nervous system and increase metabolic rate.

Cayenne has traditionally been used as medicine for centuries. It has shown reductions in appetite in a double-blind trial, studying the effects on appetite and energy intake. It has also been shown to increase metabolism of dietary fats. These trials suggest that Cayenne may help in the treatment of obesity.

White Willow grows primarily in central and southern Europe and contains the parent compound from which aspirin was created. It is traditionally used as a pain medication.

Vitamin B6 is the master vitamin for processing amino acids and the building block of all proteins and some hormones. Vitamin B6 is an essential nutrient in the regulation of mental process and mood. It has been known to improve glucose tolerance.

Green Tea is used as a social and medicinal beverage. It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to reduce pain, enhance immunity, and as an energizer to prolong life. Green Tea has been used in connection with weight loss and immune function. It has also been shown to lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Yerba Diet, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Storage

Store Yerba Diet between 59 and 77 degrees F (15 and 25 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Yerba Diet out of the reach of children and away from pets.

Warnings/Precautions

This product is for adults only. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or have the following conditions: high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, glaucoma, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for two (2) weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you are uncertain whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI, consult your physician before taking this product. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Possible Side Effects

Check with your doctor if any of these most common side effects persist or become bothersome:

• irritation, headaches, flushing, sickness, increased urination may be observed as side effects. If any of the following ever occurs, contact the doctor immediately: heartbeat irregularities, pain in the stomach, muscles, sallow complexion, dark urine.

Seek medical attention right away if any of severe side effects occur.

More Information

A study of 70 patients 20 to 69 years of age, showed a continuing decrease of body weight as well as waist circumference. At the end of the study, mean body weight was decreased by 4.6% and waist circumference by 4.48%. The study concluded that Green Tea significantly increased energy expenditure and lowered body weight.
